The relationship between the weight of a child (w, in pounds) and the child’s blood pressure (P, in millimeters of mercury) is given by the function above.
a. Find the rate of change of blood pressure with respect to weight when the child’s weight is 60lbs.
b. Find the weight (to the nearest pound) at which the rate of change of blood pressure with respect to weight is .3 millimeters of mercury per pound.
