Explanation of why these questions were asked
Questions 1-3 is primarily used for demographical purposes in order to pinpoint specific ages, gender and marital statistics that our product or services are targeting.
Questions 4-7 is used to gather feedback from the customer and to gain insight into their overall experience with the company.
Questions 8-10 was asked to question the likelihood of a consumer’s loyalty to our organization.
Question 11 was asked to allow the consumer the opportunity to provide original feedback as to what our company could change that would make their experience more pleasant.
